The standard T2 thread (M42x0.75) makes it possible to connect DSLR cameras to microscopes. It is possible to take images not only in primer focus, but with additional optical elements.
With cheaper microscopes not providing camera port an extension tube and adaptor is needed to connect the DSLR camera.
Adaptors might be required to connect even special microscope cameras as well. Please specify the exact model of both the microscope and the camera when ordering. Our colleagues will be more than happy to select the proper one and answer to emails, calls.
